You directly provide us with all the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

• Upload your photometric results and/or the raw observational data.

How will we use your data?
We collect your data so that we can:
• Keep you informed about the upcoming exoplanet transits fitting with your equipment and your coordinates.
• Email you and keep you updated about particular observations based on your location.
• Use your astronomical data for scientific research and publications in journals, conferences etc, always by giving credits to you.

How do we store your data?
Our team securely stores your data:
• Your personal data will be securely stored.
• Your astronomical data will be stored in a publicly available repository, for further use in scientific research, always by giving credits to you.

What are your data protection rights?
• Our team would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
• The right to access – You have the right to request for copies of your personal data.
• The right to request less updates in your email - You have to right to request for postponing receiving updates in your email. Send us an email.
